90-day complimentary telephone support

Complimentary assistance by telephone is available for the first 90 days of product ownership for all current Roku models, sold by Roku and authorized retailers.  Product activation is required to receive the complimentary 90-day telephone support.  You may be asked to provide proof of purchase for eligibility.

Product support after 90 days

After 90 days from the product activation date and until the end of the original product warranty period, Roku Customer Support is available by online help, web form, chat, and customer forum.  Support for the remainder of your Roku product warranty can be requested using any of these methods.
