If you forgot your password, you can recover it here. A new password will be sent to the email account listed in your account. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam filter.
Using the temporary password, visit my.roku.com to log into your Roku account. To change your password, follow these steps:
- Click the Update button under Account Information
- In the password fields, enter a new password and use the temporary password as the Current one
- Click Save Changes to save your new password
NOTE: After your confirm your new password, you'll then need to enter your billing address as well.
