Cuando miras una película o un programa de TV, hay veces en las que el diálogo puede perderse entre los demás sonidos durante una escena ruidosa. Quizás puedas subir el volumen, pero es posible que eso le moleste a quienes están cerca. Si estás escuchando en un dispositivo de audio Roku como una Roku Streambar™, hay una función llamada “Claridad de voz” que puede ayudarte a realzar los diálogos más importantes sin necesidad de ajustar el volumen. La “Claridad de voz” potencia el diálogo por separado del contenido de fondo, sin necesidad de aumentar el volumen general de la escena.
¿Qué necesito para usar la función “Claridad de voz”?
La “Claridad de voz” solo está disponible si usas un dispositivo de audio Roku que tenga Roku OS 9.2.6 o posterior. Puedes encontrar la versión del software en “Configuración > Sistema > Acerca de”. Tu dispositivo de audio Roku verifica si hay actualizaciones cada 24-36 horas. También puedes verificar manualmente si existe una actualización del software en caso de ser necesario.

Cuando haces streaming de una película, un programa de TV, música o audio por Bluetooth®, puedes habilitar la función “Claridad de voz” durante la reproducción desde el menú de opciones como se describe a continuación.
- Begin streaming content, or, to adjust sound settings for a device connected to your Roku TV, switch the active input to this external device.
- Note: If you have a Roku Streambar, Roku Streambar Pro, or Roku Smart Soundbar and you are watching content from an external device connected to your TV, you cannot adjust sound settings during playback. You can, however, adjust sound settings from the Settings menu using instructions in the next section.
- Press Star
on your Roku remote - Select Sound settings
- Use the directional pad to switch Speech clarity to the desired setting. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of your Roku remote.
- Off: Speech clarity is not engaged, and dialogue is unmodified
- Low: Dialogue is slightly louder than the rest of the scene
- High: Dialogue is noticeably louder than the rest of the scene
Note: In some streaming channels, Star is assigned a different function meaning it will not open the options menu as described above. In these cases, you can open a different app, such as The Roku Channel, and follow the steps above. Once the volume mode is switched, the setting will remain when you return to the original app.
