How to change your password or email address
- Go to Account information in your Roku account
- Enter a new password or email and confirm the new password or email (you'll need to enter your current password as well)
- Select Save changes
What to do if you forget your password or email address
- If you forget your password, you can have a password reset email sent to you from the account information page in your Roku account
- To check which email address you used to set up your Roku account, go to Home > Settings > System > About on your Roku device or in the Roku mobile app
- If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Roku account, please follow the link below to connect to our support team.
