To change your Roku account password, email, phone number, billing address, or payment method, go to my.roku.com or follow these steps.
Change your Roku password and email
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to Account information
- Enter a new password or email then confirm the new password or email. You’ll also need to enter your current password.
- Select Save

Change the phone number, billing address, or payment method in your Roku account
Your phone number and billing address are stored with your payment information. To change your phone number, billing address, or payment method, follow these steps:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to Payment method
- Select the three dots next to your payment method
- Select Edit
- Update your phone number, billing address, or payment method
- Select Save

Change your subscription account information
Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel use your Roku account information is used to automatically sign you in. To make changes to your Roku account information, go to my.roku.com.
Other subscriptions require that you create a separate account when you sign up, even if you subscribe through Roku. Change your account information for these subscriptions directly through the streaming service.
