If you're unsure about a charge on your invoice, here's how to identify a charge you don't recognize.
Free trials automatically turn into paid subscriptions after the trial ends. To avoid charges, you must turn off auto-renew by the last day of the trial. If you get charged for a subscription you don’t want, turn off auto-renew to cancel it. This will stop future charges.
Subscriptions billed by Roku show up as a charge from “Roku,” "Roku for ___ ," or "The Roku Channel." If you're billed for Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV by Roku, however, you need to contact those streaming services directly with billing questions.
The Roku Channel has free and Premium Subscription channels. The Roku Channel is always free. But if you sign up for a Premium Subscription, there will be a recurring charge. These charges will appear as charges from "The Roku Channel" on your billing statement.
Subscriptions purchased directly through other streaming services won't show up in your Roku purchase history. Contact the streaming service directly for help with your bill for these subscriptions.
