Common questions
Where do I find my TV's model number?
The model number is printed on the back of the TV, on the retail box, and in Settings > System > About on the TV itself.
What's the difference between the Select Series, Plus Series, and Pro Series?
Select Series is the mainstream line (HD, 4K, and QLED 4K); Plus Series adds full-array local dimming and Dolby Vision; Pro Series is the flagship with Mini-LED backlight, 120 Hz, and Dolby Vision IQ. The full side-by-side is in the Specifications comparison section above.
My TV isn't in this list — is it still a Roku TV?
If the TV was made by TCL, Hisense, Philips, or another manufacturer, it runs Roku OS but isn't a Roku-branded TV. Contact the TV manufacturer for product documentation. If you're not sure, check how to know if you have a Roku TV.
