In most cases your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase or very soon after. Subscription products, may be pro-rated to your bill date. If a charge, including pro-rated amounts, is less than $0.99 Roku may defer submitting them for processing.

Subscription products, either monthly or annual, will automatically renew on your  bill date until canceled.
