I linked my Roku player but my TV still shows the linking code screen. What should I do?

First, ensure that your Roku has indeed been activated. Sign in to your account to verify that your device serial number appears as a linked Roku player. If the serial number is not shown, select “Get a new code” on your TV and then enter the code at roku.com/link.

 If your device serial number is listed under “My Account,” try the following to exit the linking screen:

 Click the Home button to go to the Roku home screen.

  • Power cycle the device by disconnecting and reconnecting the power adapter.
