Resolving wireless connectivity
If your Roku player isn’t connecting to your wireless network, try the following:
Note: If you see a specific error message (Error code 11, Cannot Connect, etc.), click here.
Repeat guided setup
Restart the Roku player and your wireless network
Factory reset the Roku player
