Roku offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee. That means, if for any reason, you wish to return a Roku player purchased directly through the Roku website within thirty days from the date it was shipped, we will refund the price of the player.

For example, if the 2 Month Hulu Plus gift card has been activated, a partial refund may apply. Items included as part of a bundle, such as a Roku player, an HDMI cable or a Hulu Plus gift card, may not be returned individually for a refund.
