I have attached a component video but the picture is distorted and un-viewable. What should I do?

Ensure that you have matched the connectors on both the TV and the Roku player and that they are properly seated. It is very important that the colors from the component cable match the color-coding of the ports on the TV and Roku player. You should also ensure that your TV is tuned to the correct component input.
