No Netflix movies or shows are appearing on my TV. What should I do?

Check to see if your player is connected to the Internet.

  • Select the Home button on the remote
  • Select "settings"
  • Select "network" and check to see if your player is connected to the Internet
  • Repeat guided setup as necessary to reconnect your player to the Internet
