IMPORTANT: Do not ship your product to Roku before contacting Customer Support.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to return your unit, you must first contact Customer Support for Return Material Authorization (RMA) number at 1-888-600-7658 (ROKU) or complete this form. Roku does not process RMA requests by email.
A Customer Support agent will review your request and/or help determine if the product is defective. If your product does need to be replaced, the following information may be required:
• Contact information
• Product serial number
• Proof of purchase (fax to 408-877-1888)
The Customer Support Agent will provide you with a RMA number and shipping information. Please ensure to write down this information for reference.
Please securely wrap and package your product into an appropriate shipping box, including the following (an incomplete return may delay processing):
Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the RMA fulfillment address given by the Customer Support agent. Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges to Roku. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. Roku is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping charges prepaid.
