Returning your Roku player

We are sorry that it didn't work out.  We hope you give us another try in the future.  We are always improving the Roku player and adding value with more features and content to enrich the entertainment experience. 

 

This form should only be used by customers who purchased the Roku player directly from Roku.  DO NOT USE THIS FORM if your Roku player was purchased from another retailer.  Contact your place of purchase for more information.

 - Roku player must be purchased from Roku directly

 - Request date must be within 30 days from date of purchase
