Only in rare situations Roku will provide credits for channels purchased using your Roku account. Roku will review and make a credit determination in cases where a channel has been taken down for legal reasons, a channel description in the Roku store at the time of purchase misrepresented the channel or the channel was/is unavailable due to outages.
