No. Angry Birds only works with Roku 2 series players that have a Roku game remote connected to it. Previous Roku models sold before July 2011 cannot run Angry Birds. 

Currently, the Roku XS ships with the Roku game remote. If you have a Roku 2 HD or Roku 2 XD player, you can purchase a Roku game remote here to add and play Angry Birds.
