To install a microSD card for use with your Roku 2 player:

1. Press HOME on your Roku remote.
2. If applicable, remove the HDMI cable from back of Roku player.
3. Insert the microSD card into the corresponding slot on the back of Roku 2 with the topside of the card facing down. Be sure to push all the way in until you hear the card click into place.
4. A dialog indicating, “microSD card detected” will appear on your TV screen. Select Format.
5. Select Continue to begin formatting. Formatting will take approximately 4-6 minutes depending on capacity.
6. Once formatting has been completed, select OK on the “Formatting complete” dialog.
7. Your Roku player will automatically sync to the Roku Channel Store to install the latest channel and game updates. Once this sync is complete, your microSD card is ready for use. (Note: This sync will push any 50MB+ channels that previously could not be installed.)
