If you are connecting wirelessly, your player should have close proximity to your wireless access point or router to receive a strong connection signal. Sometimes a wireless extender or booster can help increase your signal strength throughout your home.
Tip: To receive a stronger wireless signal, try moving or rotating your player into different positions. Even a few inches can help.
In order for your remote control to communicate with your Roku 2 player, ensure the front of your player is clear of obstruction.
Tip: Does not apply if your Roku 2 player is paired to a Roku Game Remote. The Roku Game Remote utilizes Radio Frequency (RF) technology that does not require line of sight between the remote and player for functionality.
