Scope of Product Support
Roku Customer Support is available to assist with problems or issues experienced during product setup, installation, configuration, re-installation and normal usage. For issues involving 3rd party networking equipment, you may be referred to manufacturer of that equipment or to your Internet service provider for additional support.
90-day Free Telephone Support Availability
Complimentary Telephone Support is available for the first 90 days of product ownership for all current Roku models, sold by Roku and its authorized resellers. Product activation is required to receive the complimentary 90-day telephone support. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase for eligibility.
